Your registration fee includes breakfast and dinner on Saturday; and a champagne brunch on Sunday; candy bar and a snack in your goody bag! Everyone will also have a 6 ft x 30 inch workspace with electricity, an ergonomic chair, wi-fi as well as free Make & Takes, goody bag, and prizes!

Hotel Reservations:
Registration fee does not include a hotel room for overnight stays. Reservations can be made directly with the Wyndham Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center by calling their Reservations Line at (877) 999-3223. Mention code SCRAPDOODLES RETREAT to take advantage for the discounted group rate.  Reservations must be made by February 1, 2013 to receive the group rate of $99 per night based on double occupancy.
               
European Rate (EP): Includes guest room accommodations, complimentary wireless internet in guestroom, access to Fitness Center and complimentary parking. The rates are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation Information:
            *Cancellation Fee: $50 after November 20, 2012
            *No Refunds or Event Transfers after December 31, 2012

I agree to the above payment schedule and understand that if I cancel after November 20, 2012, I will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If I cancel after December 31, 2012 or do not “show", I will forfeit my entire registration fee. All hotel reservations and hotel room cancellations must be made directly with the Wyndham Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center. Scrapdoodles reserves the right to cancel this event and is not responsible for any costs, travel related or otherwise, with registrants. Further Scrapdoodles is not responsible for the security, damage or loss of the personal property of each registrant. Scrapdoodles is not responsible in the case of an act of nature, government action, disaster or other such emergency.

Scrapdoodles has a contract with Wyndham Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center. This contract requires an advance deposit to be paid by Scrapdoodles. Due to this advance deposit, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 after November 20, 2012.  If I cancel after December 31, 2012 or do not “show", I will forfeit my entire registration fee.

If I cannot make the event, I understand that I have the right to “fill” my spot. Scrapdoodles is not responsible for “filling” my spot or any costs with filling my registration.

Important Notes:
·          For security reasons, the crop room will be closed from until 7 a.m. each “night”.
·          Crop opens at 3pm on Friday and closes at 5pm on Sunday.
·          6’ x 30” tables will be assigned in advance. There will be no re-assigning seats on-site.
·          Electricity will be provided to each attendant.
·          If you require special assistance for any reason, please let us know.
·          In order to avoid spills, all beverage containers must have a lid. Please refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages in the crop room.
·          Only registered participants will be allowed in the crop room and at meals (unless they purchase their meals).
·          Scrapdoodles will provide regular updates via email, so please make sure you give us an updated email address that you check regularly.
·          Once registered, you will receive an invitation via email to join our exclusive Facebook Page “Scrapdoodles Retreat”.  Joining this group is optional.
·          Layaway is available. To start a layaway plan, a minimum $50 deposit is required.
·          ALL LAYAWAY PLANS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY December 1, 2012.  IF LAYAWAYS ARE UNPAID AFTER THIS DATE, YOUR SPACE WILL BE SOLD AND AND A $50 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE INCURRED.
